All DiamondShark™ sales are final. We pride ourselves in the exactness of our jewelry descriptions as well as the quality and sharpness of our photography. Each piece of jewelry sold goes through the highest level of quality control by our team of GIA certified gemologists and jewelry experts. In addition, we photograph each piece of jewelry prior to shipping and then securely box it to ensure that your items arrive in the mint condition in which it was sent.
We encourage you to research products and their specifications in advance of placing an order. If you have an issue with your item, please contact us and your concern will be dealt with as soon as possible. We will either repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. We will always resolve all issues as respectfully and quickly as we can.

In general, you can expect your order to ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM EST generally ship the same-day. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will generally ship on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number of your package once your item ships.
All orders will ship as quickly as possible and should arrive within 6 business days of your order date. Shipping information is available on your Account page. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item ships.
DiamondShark™ ships to any address in the United States and its territories. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam as well as all US Armed Forces addresses worldwide.
Unfortunately, due to lost packages and customers being charged high duties on shipments, we have stopped shipping to Canada. We are actively working to resume shipping to Canada as soon as possible.
