How do I create a DiamondShark™ account?

Click on the "Account" link at the top of this page. Once on the Account page, you'll need to click on the link that says "NEW MEMBERS SIGN UP HERE". Supply a valid e-mail address and a password of your choice. You can then add your credit card and shipping info to your account here. You can also add or change it later by clicking on "Account". Only one account per e-mail address and credit card number is allowed. It's as simple as that. As easy as pie. A piece of cake. As basic as... some other dessert.

Is there any customer support?

Customer service is our highest priority. We love our beloved Sharksters so much, that we just might introduce them to our parents. That’s why we offer customer support through e-mail and toll-free at (888) SHARK-01. Our exceptionally knowledgeable customer service representatives will reply to all inquiries as quickly as possible, because here at SharkStores, we're not satisfied unless you're satisfied.

What is the DiamondShark jewelry return policy?

All DiamondShark jewelry sales are final. We pride ourselves in the exactness of our jewelry descriptions as well as the quality and sharpness of our photography. Each piece of jewelry sold goes through the highest level of quality control by our team of GIA certified gemologists and jewelry experts. Should your DiamondShark purchase not match the descriptions, measurements and/or specifications published on DiamondShark, we will refund 100% of your purchase price plus an additional 10% and cover return shipping.

We encourage you to research products and their specifications in advance of placing an order. If you have an issue with your item, please contact us and your concern will be dealt with as soon as possible. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion. We will always resolve all issues as respectfully and quickly as we can.

What is the DiamondShark watch return policy?

We take pride in offering the best deals on the web, and we’re confident that our products will meet all of your expectations. However, in the extremely rare case that they do not, all of your DiamondShark watch purchases are backed by a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not pleased with your watch purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving the watch for a complete refund (shipping charges are not refundable). The returned watch must be delivered to our Returns Department within 14 days of receiving the product at your residence.

Remember, returned merchandise must be in brand-new, unworn condition and still have all tags, manuals, warranty cards, cases and packaging intact. If the watch is in worn condition or if it has been re-sized, unfortunately DiamondShark will not be able accept the return or offer a refund. If any component is missing (such as tags, manuals, warranty cards, cases and packaging), you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. You must request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning any products to DiamondShark. Returns without an RMA number will be returned to the sender. If you would like to request an RMA number, please contact our friendly staff using our online form or call us at (888) SHARK-01. We’ll be glad to assist!

What if my watch arrives damaged?

We take extra care to ensure that you'll receive your watch with no damage or defects. Occasionally, watches break during transit. That really sticks in our craw. In the event you receive a defective product, we'll be glad to exchange your unworn watch at no additional cost to you. Just give us a call at 888-SHARK-01 or e-mail us and we'll take care of you right away!

I got a tremendous deal on DiamondShark Watch Wednesday. Is my item genuine?

You can rest assured knowing that all merchandise sold on DiamondShark is 100% genuine. All items are sourced through either the manufacturer directly, their authorized distributors or similar channels. Often times, DiamondShark will sell an item at well below the manufacturer's minimum authorized selling point. In these cases, the manufacturer may not consider DiamondShark an authorized dealer. However, all merchandise sold on DiamondShark from all manufacturers is guaranteed to be 100% genuine. This means that we'll never sell a refurbished item, a used item or even a replica.

I ordered a watch on DiamondShark's Watch Wednesday, and now it needs service! Is my warranty valid?

Most watches sold on DiamondShark.com include a manufacturer’s warranty and a time period for which the warranty is valid. If your watch is malfunctioning, needs service, etc., please contact the manufacturer. In the unlikely event that the manufacturer does not honor the warranty, don’t worry. All watches sold on DiamondShark's Watch Wednesdays are covered under SharkStores' Warranty Concierge Service™.

What is SharkStores' Warranty Concierge Service™?

We’re glad you asked. SharkStores' Warranty Concierge Service is pretty spectacular. This service is offered from the date of your purchase until the manufacturer's warranty expires. As an authorized dealer of many of the products we sell, we are able to sell the watches along with the stamped, authorized warranty from the manufacturer. However, we are not an authorized dealer of all the watches we sell (yet another reason we're able to bring you these deals at such a deep discount). If for any reason you have an issue with a product purchased through DiamondShark and the manufacturer will not honor the warranty, we will provide SharkStores' Warranty Concierge Service under the exact same terms and conditions as the manufacturer's warranty. E-mail or call us at (888) SHARK-01 and we will make sure that either the manufacturer will repair your watch directly, or we will will fix it for you. Plus, we guarantee that all work done through SharkStores' Warranty Concierge Service will be performed by certified watch experts!

I just learned about a previous DiamondShark deal. Can I still order this merchandise?

Unfortunately, all DiamondShark merchandise is available only on the day that it is offered. All customers have until midnight (or until the item sells out) to take advantage of these great deals. If you miss out on something, you can check back often for similar items or sign up for our Daily Shark Bite e-mail. You'll receive instant notices of daily deals and offers as well as special members-only coupons and secret sales!

What payment options do I have?

DiamondShark™ accepts American Express, VISA and MasterCard payments. PayPal is not yet accepted, but DiamondShark is working to make this option available in the near future.

What are my shipping options?

All orders placed on DiamondShark include free shipping. If you require expedited shipping on a certain item, please call our Customer Service department at (888) SHARK-01.

How soon will my order ship?

In general, you can expect your order to ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2PM EST generally ship the same day. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will generally ship on the following Monday.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the tracking number of your package once your item ships. Shipping information is available on your Account page, where you can also track your order.

What countries does DiamondShark ship to?

DiamondShark ships to any address in the United States and its territories. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam as well as all US Armed Forces addresses worldwide. And yes, Lulani, that includes Lana'i, Hawaii's Pineapple Isle.
