I like to tell this story to people because it restored my faith in the goodness of retailers. My mom purchased a ring for my 14 year old daughter's birthday after I saw the deal on SD. My daughter had her ring stolen the first week she was wearing it to school. She came home in tears and I emailed them to see if we could purchase another one. It stung to have to shell out another $69 for the same ring we'd already bought, but grandma hadn't even seen it yet, and I needed it replaced at any cost. Customer service was prompt and they checked with the supplier to see if they had it. We repurchased the ring and much to our surprise when it arrived, it came with a bonus pair of matching earrings! I did so and about two weeks ago, they sent the matching necklace with a note thanking me for the positive feedback! Now I have a great Christmas present and the extra $69 I had to spend was more than paid back.

Each piece of jewelry sold goes through the highest level of quality control by our team of GIA certified gemologists and jewelry experts. In addition, we photograph each piece of jewelry prior to shipping and then securely box it to ensure that when the jewelry gets to you, it arrives in the mint condition that it was sent in. If you have an issue with your item, please contact us and your concern will be dealt with as soon as possible. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
